Dr. Aysha Al Busmait has over 28 years of experience in media, marketing, customer service, and innovation. She holds a PhD in Mass Communication with first honors and has served as a university professor in Communication and Marketing. Currently, she is the Director of Marketing and Communications at the Dubai Sports Council and CEO and Founder of the National Coaching Institute (NCI).
